Should you receive a candle that is damaged, please email us at hello@wildfigcandles.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please keep all shipping materials until a damage claim is complete.

Wild Fig Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered -we encourage you to take adequate precautions to make sure your order is delivered safely.
Your Wild Fig Candle will perform best if you trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting. Allow the melt pool to reach the edge of the container before extinguishing, or approximately 3 hours. This will allow the candle to burn cleanly and evenly, while preventing tunnelling and other issues. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep candles free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. To prevent fire and serious injury, only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface away from anything that can catch fire and drafts. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.
